Ми триматимемо у світлі усіх, хто страждає від війни та інших несправедливостей, та знайдемо мир і радість у мовчазній молитві.
Хоча Квакери традиційно вважають всі дні однаково важливими для нашого духовного життя і не сприймають якийсь день календаря як особливо священний, ми живемо у суспільстві, яке на Великдень надихається пам’яттю про воскресіння Христа, тріумф життя над смертю. Тож відчуймо цей загальний духовний рух, це піднесення у мирному спокої молитви як трансформуючий досвід Світла, який доступний у будь-який день року, незалежно від релігії чи філософії, якої люди дотримуються. Христос воскрес. Він серед нас. Щасливого Великодня!
Friends, you are invited to the online meeting for worship on Sunday, 20 April at 2.30 p.m. Kyiv time, which will last 30-40 minutes and will be recorded, a record will be published. We will hold in the light all those who suffers from war and other injustices, and will find peace and joy in a silent worship.
Despite Quakers traditionally considering all days equally important to our spiritual life and resisting the notion that any particular day in a calendar is more holy than others, we live in a society that on Easter is inspired by a memory of risen Christ, triumph of life over death. Let’s embrace this common spiritual movement enjoying peaceful stillness of worship, as a transforming experience of Light that is available on any day of the year without regard to religion or philosophy the people adhere to. Christ is alive. He is among us. Happy Easter!
